Elements, a developer and owner of renewable energy assets, Crédit Agricole Transitions & Énergies, and Eclipse announce the formation of a partnership for a hybrid project combining a solar power plant and a battery storage system.
Eclipse will implement a comprehensive solution including:
• the supply of electricity necessary for the site’s operation
• real-time balancing and scheduling of the asset as a balancing responsible party;
• access to system services as a reserve manager;
• dynamic optimization of the battery across all markets
As part of this partnership, Eclipse also provides a revenue guarantee (“floor”), which:
• secures a portion of the revenue generated by the storage asset
• enhances the project’s financial visibility
